West Virginia Flagship Grants & Scholarships
Promise Scholarship
The Promise Scholarship will pay $5,500 per year or the cost of tuition and mandatory fees, whichever is less, at any eligible institution.
WV Higher Ed. Grant
A need-based financial aid program to ensure West Virginia students have the opportunity to pursue post-secondary education.
WV Invests Grant
WV Invests covers tuition to any state Community and Technical College for a certificate or associate’s degree in high-demand fields.
Txt-4-Success
College & Financial Aid Counseling
College for West Virginia has a free service to provide students with college and financial aid counseling through text messages. Students considering enrolling in college may sign up to receive the texts by texting “CFWV” to 304-912-CFWV(2398) to enroll in the Texting Program.
