Overview

Cboe is the only exchange network in the world facilitating access to global capital and secondary liquidity, by offering a seamless path for purpose-driven companies and asset managers to intralist across our marketplaces. Through our network of stock exchanges in the U.S., Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia, Cboe offers more.

Raising Capital

When it comes to your unique capital raising needs, we take the time to explore your options and determine the optimal path to go public in the U.S.

Company Listings

By listing with Cboe U.S., you can raise capital in public markets through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), a Reverse Merger, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), or a qualifying transaction with a SPAC. Companies already listed on another exchange can also transfer to Cboe and intralist on multiple Cboe markets.

Raising Assets

We work closely with asset managers through each stage of the ETF lifecycle to raise assets in the most efficient way possible.

Exchange Traded products

Whether you’re looking to list an Exchange Traded Product (ETP) such as an ETF, Closed End Fund (CEF), Exchange Traded Note (ETN), or other forms of investment vehicles, Cboe U.S. has solutions to enable their successful listing on the public markets. ETFs already listed on another exchange can also transfer to Cboe, and asset managers can intralist on multiple Cboe markets.
