As we continue to expand our retail footprint, we are looking for talented marketing professionals to help support this growth through our marketing and advertising. We\u2019re looking to elevate our advertising by bringing cannabis communication out of the basement and into the open in ways that feel professional, elevated, and fun.
Job Description
We\u2019re looking for a full time graphic designer with an eye for detail and a passion for professional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a digital artist with experience communicating with business professionals. Experience with cannabis, photography, and content creation are a plus. Salary is $40,000 to $45,000 per year depending upon experience with the possibility for advancement, bonuses, and paid time off. Some remote work is possible.
Responsibilities
Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that enhance brand identity.
Utilize typography effectively to create visually appealing layouts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Create production-ready files and ensure quality control throughout the design process.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design.
Required Qualifications
1\u20133+ years of professional design experience (In-house, agency, print shop, and freelance are all acceptable.)
Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and print design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Illustrator
Photoshop
InDesign
Experience creating marketing collateral\u00a0
Social graphics
Packaging
Flyers, posters, signage
Web banners
Email graphics
Point-of-sale displays
Ability to follow and expand brand guidelines
Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to take direction and work fast under deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfort designing for a regulated industry

Flora Farms\u2019 cultivation facility and HQ are based 50 minutes North of Springfield in Humansville MO. With 8 dispensaries around the state and a manufacturing facility in Springfield, we have to opportunity to reach a diverse and engaging client base who is eager to hear from us. Travel to and from the farm on a regular basis is a must.
