The iPhone Upgrade Programme is available only at the Apple Store.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring.

Your personal information and bank details.

You will be asked to provide your date of birth, employment details, and UK home address(es) from the last three years for a credit check. You will also need your bank account number and sort code to set up a direct debit.

A valid photo ID.

Make sure you bring along your UK driving licence, or your passport and debit card.

Your current mobile phone.

If you’re upgrading from another iPhone, remember to back up your data to your computer or iCloud. You’ll also want to take note of your Apple Account. If you’re upgrading to your first iPhone, one of our Specialists can help you transfer all your data with the Move to iOS app.
