英皇書院同學會是一個聯誼性質的非政治性團體，目的在維繫校友的感情及彼此間的友好關係。
英皇書院同學會在此重申，本會對社會上的政治議題，一向不會作出任何政治立場表態。畢竟學校是尋找知識和培養品格的地方，希望學生能夠在一個優質的學習環境下成長，從而將來回饋社會。
最後，謹希望各英皇書院校友繼續支持同學會和母校英皇書院。

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the King’s College Old Boys’ Association Limited (the “Association”) will be held on Saturday, 21 st September, 2019 at 6:30 pm at Hong Kong Immigration Officers Mess (香港入境事務處長官會所餐廳), 20/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai (灣仔告士打道7號入境事務大樓20樓) to transact the following business:
1. To confirm the minutes of last Annual General Meeting;
2. To receive and adopt the Report of the Executive Committee for 2018/2019;
3. To receive and approve the Audited Financial Statements and Auditors’ Reports for the year
ended on 30th April, 2019;
4. To elect the President and Members of the Executive Committee for 2019/2020;
5. To appoint Auditor for 2019/2020; and
6. Any other business.
Dr. KWOK Tin-fook, Urology specialist, will deliver a talk before the dinner on “衰⽼”.

英皇書院同學會是一個聯誼性質的非政治性團體，目的在維繫校友的感情及彼此間的友好關係；同時，亦以不同方式支持母校英皇書院和在校同學，以及透過各種服務，回饋社會，例如開辦小學和童軍旅團。
英皇書院同學會在此重申，本會對社會上的政治議題，一向不會作出任何政治立場表態。鑑於近期有英皇書院校友及學生，發起反對修訂《逃犯條例》聯署聲明一事，本會重申絕對尊重每一位校友及在校學生，對事件表達的意見及取態，但亦希望大家宜從多角度周詳分析事件，從而作出明智的决定。
最後，謹希望各英皇書院校友繼續支持同學會和母校英皇書院，令學生能夠在一個優質的學習環境下成長，從而回饋社會。
