Too many lords, not enough stewards

Too many lords, not enough stewards

Parent article: Too many lords, not enough stewards

Parked on a bench,
a burnt-out ex-Maintainer
watches code go by.

Brave man steps up and
calls out an unpleasant truth.
Does anyone listen?

Many familiar
names justify status quo.
Blind? Complicit? Or ..... ?

Arguments abound,
Weeping sores picked deeper.
Deafness everywhere.

Ill chosen words spoke,
Perspectives misunderstood.
Lessons not learnt.

History repeats?
The burnt-out ex-Maintainer
watches code go by.
