Phased occupations from Spring 2016
The market housing on the North West Cambridge Development will be delivered, marketed and sold by residential developers who have been selected by the University. The developers will be developing their designs in line with the Outline Planning Permission and Design Codes established by the University and approved by Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council.
Location
The homes will be situated in Ridgeway Village, north of the new local centre, Eddington.
Housing type
The market housing will include a mix of housing types, from apartments through to terraced, semi-detached and detached houses.
There will be approximately 400 market homes in the first phase of the development.
Timescales
The market housing will be available for occupation from Spring 2016. The residential developers for the first phase of the market housing are Countryside and Hill. Interested home owners should register their interest with the developers directly to receive further sales information.
