We are aware of a problem affecting Apple iPhones and iPads on the University’s O2 contract.
Mobile data stops working and error messages displayed on the devices include:
- "Could not activate cellular data network”, or
- "You are not subscribed to a cellular data service”
If you experience this problem, please contact the UIS Telecoms Helpdesk (quoting your device’s mobile phone number ) on [email protected] and we will contact O2 to restore the service to your device.
