Amongst the extensive holdings of maps that can be found in the University Library there are many of Cambridge that show in detail the development of the city. To highlight this, maps including the earliest complete plan of the city (1574) to William Custance’s work of 1798 will be on display in the Library's Entrance Hall cases until 26 September.
