Rockgate Portfolio of Projects
- Falea Uranium Silver Copper deposit located in south western Mali, 350km from capital city of Bamako
- Stable government, strong mining culture, well established mining code
- Africa's third largest gold producer
- AngloGold, Randgold, Iamgold all working in Mali
- Approximately 80 km from Areva's Saraya East uranium deposit
- Recently completed highway to Senegal within 60 km of project
Regional and Property Geology

Regional & Property Geology
- 225 sq. km. property package
- Core property area of 75 sq. km., situated on plateau
- All work to date focused in Faleaclaim
- Rockgate expects to receive exploration permits for the additional claims in due course.
- Former Cogema(Areva) property, explored in late 1970's
- Epicontinentialand intracratonic basin, similar in age and style to Athabasca basin
- Overlays Birimian stratigraphy intruded by uraninite bearing Sarayagranites
- Uraninite overprinting native silver and copper mineralization near basal unconformity in sandstone unit
- Potential gold and uranium mineralization, on trend from Iamgold/MerrexSiribayagold deposit
Falea From the Air
Falea Plateau
- Falea deposit uniquely situated for potential underground mining operation
- Flat lying deposit
- Uranium silver and copper mineralization occur in same mineralized unit
- Good access to potential adit location at base of plateau
- Good rock quality, no clay alteration
- Core recovery typically 100%
- Red hatching indicates location of outcropping uranium mineralization discovered in late 2009

Positive Preliminary Metallurgy
Uranium leach tests indicate approximately 90% recovery in 48 hours with
86% recovery in 6 hours. Acid consumption of 66 kg/t H2SO4
Uranium species are all readily leachable, mainly uraninite and/or pitchblende
Silver leach tests indicate approximately 77.5% recovery after 48 hours with cyanide consumption of 3.11 kg/t NaCN
Flotation tests indicate that copper and silver are "fast floating" with recoveries of up to 95% copper and 94.9% silver after 3 minutes
Silver minerals include native silver and sulphides
Composite sample grades 0.357% U3O8, 405 grams per tonne Ag, and 0.16% Cu
Bond Ball Mill Work Index is 17.5 kWh/tonne
Study completed by SGS Lakefield -Johannesburg

North Zone Expansion

North Zone Expansion 2010
- High grade Plateau Edge Structure identified in 2010 drilling
- Athabasca-type grades intersected -6m @1.34% U3O8 including 1m @ 6.45% U3O8
- Mineralization trending directly to edge of Falea plateau, Current strike projected at over 2 km
- North Zone open in 3 directions, Grade increasing substantially as zone extends south and north

Falea Exploration Potential
Falea Exploration Potential
- Only 5% of Falea property explored to date, all known zones remain open
- Numerous untested radiometric anomalies covering over 30% of property area
- Two new areas of potential open pit material discovered in 2010 with grades up to 0.27% U3O8:
Western Anomalies --Zhang Zone
East Zone --Kania Prospect Area
- Potential to substantially increase U/Ag/Cu resource in all zones
- Basin very consistent with all mineralization in one horizon
- Over 90% of property covers favourable Proterozoic sedimentary basin
Summary of Successful 2010 Work Program
Completed
- 20,000 metres core & RC drilling completed Oct. 2009 -Dec. 2010.
- Camp expanded including 200,000 litre diesel tank farm.
- Infill drilling North Zone -2 areas; step-out drilling North Zone -4 areas
- Exploration of radiometric anomalies reported east and west of main deposit area through geological and structural mapping.
- Metallurgical work by SGS-Lakefield confirming excellent recoveries of Uranium, Silver and Copper.
- Discovery of Plateau Edge Structure (PES) in November 2009 resulted in program focusing on this zone due to its higher grade uranium mineralization.
Drilling has returned highest grades of uranium ever at Falea -up to 6.45%
- Introduction of new team of consultants to manage development of Falea project and complete Scoping Study
Underway
- Scoping Study
- Exploration Drilling
- Infill Drilling at North Zone -PES
Exploration and Development Plans 2011
- Continue to expand North Zone and Plateau Edge Structure through infill and step out drilling
- Follow up on newly discovered high grade zones within known resource area
- Augment management and technical team
- Add 2 drill rigs to increase rate of exploration and development work
- Drill test multiple exploration targets for potential to develop open-pit resource
- Complete scoping study and additional metallurgical testing
- Continue development of strong relationship with Malian Mining Ministry
