Sweden

Aura Energy's main Sweden projects are based on the Alum Shales, which have been historically known as one of the largest depositories of uranium in the world. Uranium was mined and extracted from the Shales in the 1960s and the mineralisation also contains significant amounts of molybdenum, vanadium, nickel and zinc.

welcome to aura energy

Aura Energy is an Australian based uranium company that has advanced projects with large resources close to the surface in Europe, Africa and Australia. Aura holds a total of 860 million pounds (389,000 tonnes) uranium in inferred resources. Its two main projects include: the Hggn Project located in Sweden’s Alum Shale Province, one of the largest depositories of uranium in the world; and the highly prospective Reguibat Province in Mauritania.
