Festive Raspberry Frappe4 packages of frozen whole red raspberries, plus syrup 1/4 cup of lemon juice 1/4 cup of sugar 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream, whipped
1 pint of vanilla ice cream, softened Puree thawed raspberries and syrup in blender or food processor, strain to remove seeds. Combine the puree with lemon juice and sugar. Stir in whipped cream and ice cream, chill. Fill individual serving dessert bowls, serve ice cold. serves 8
