NRAO Directories

NRAO has four main sites: Charlottesville, VA (headquarters); Socorro, NM (the Array Operations Center or AOC); Green Bank, WV (site of the GBT); and Arizona (ALMA office in Tucson). In addition, the Very Large Array (VLA) site is 50 miles west of Socorro, there are 10 VLBA antennas scattered throughout the United States, and soon the ALMA presence in Chile will be apparent. For purposes of searching, the VLA and AOC are treated as one site. Also, the algorithm will label phone numbers for the VLBA sites and individual's (work) cell phone numbers as "other".
