On connecting to the server a logon window appears in which you enter your LSE network username and password. Note: the password is case sensitive.

ADMIN domain users need to enter a different address that includes their mailbox alias. The format of the address is:
https://exchange.lse.ac.uk/exchange/mailbox_alias
where the mailbox alias is the first part of your email address e.g. j.smith
Note: the URL begins with https and not http.
Admin domain users will also need to prefix their username with admin\

LSE domain users who wish to connect to an alternative mailbox that they have access to can also use this form of address.
