SIVGA Robin SV021 Headphone Review
The SIVGA Robin SV021 combines form and function into a package that won’t break the bank. It’s stylish and satisfying in sound, and an excellent entry point into the world of closed-back headphones that push the envelope in interesting directions. Here is my review.
Driving force
The 50mm dynamic drivers boasted by the Robin SV021 are SIVGA’s own design, using a unique polycarbonate film diaphragm. This is intended to help manage and reduce distortion while giving clarity a boost.
With a low impedance of 32 ohms, you won’t be needing additional power from an amp here. This ease of use and accessibility adds to the allure for newcomers.
Comfort wins
While design is obviously a big focus for SIVGA, it’s important that comfort isn’t compromised. I’m happy to report that the ear pads are soft and generous, while the padded headband sits well for multiple hours. There’s also enough adjustability for heads big and small.
The highlight of the SIVGA Robin SV021’s sound is the soundstage, which, even though this is a closed-back headphone, is surprisingly wide. Here at GameRevolution, we appreciate a wide soundstage as it makes for better directional positioning, so the SV021 is actually pretty great for games like Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty.
The sound
This headphone’s tuning leans slightly towards the traditional V-shape tuning, which is understandable given how popular it is for the majority of casual listeners. It’s inoffensive and works well with this headphone.
When it comes to criticisms, the Robin SV021 is a little bright, with treble being boosted ever so slightly. This could be fatiguing over long listening sessions, for example while gaming for long hours.
The included cable is a little cheap-feeling, too. A higher-quality cable that carries through the aesthetic flair of the headphone itself would have been nice to see.

Final Verdict
At $149, the SIVGA Robin SV021 offers impressive value with its stylish design, solid comfort, and enjoyable sound. It strikes a nice balance between looks, performance, and accessibility, making it a strong choice for everyday listening. While not without minor flaws, it’s an easy headphone to appreciate for what it delivers at this price.
