Munenori Kawasaki Was Really Drunk After His Team Clinched The AL East

The Toronto Blue Jays clinched the AL East title and their first postseason birth since 1993 on Wednesday after they defeated the Baltimore Orioles 15-2 in the first game of a doubleheader.

They ended up losing the second game, but that didn't matter much. The Blue Jays were ready to celebrate the team's monumental achievement in a really big way, and there was probably no player on the team who celebrated harder than Jays infielder Munenori Kawasaki.

In an interview with Canada's SportNet, Kawasaki mentioned, more than once, how much he was really enjoying himself.

"Yeah ... I'm drunk."

"We don't need a banana, we need champagne."

Kawasaki then decided to take a little dip after all that heavy drinking.
