Packers' Micah Parsons weighing on mind of Steelers' Broderick Jones ahead of Week 8 game

Green Bay Packers DE Micah Parsons has put the NFL on notice early this season — and that includes Pittsburgh Steelers LT Broderick Jones, who addressed his Week 8 opponent with reporters on Monday.

During Pittsburgh's media availability, Jones shared what impressed him most about Parsons following his three-sack performance in Week 7 — admitting the Steelers would need a lot preparation to stop the elite defender.

"He's just relentless," Jones told reporters. "He's a relentless player; he doesn't stop like most people in the league. It sets him apart because he has a motor about him. He has a deep bag of tools. He has finesse to his game. The Packers do a good job of moving him around — from the inside to the outside to lining up at linebacker. We’ve got a lot of film to break down."

Despite being graded as one of the worst offensive tackles in the league per PFF, Jones hasn't given up a sack since Week 2 — and looks to continue this impressive streak against the fearsome Packers pass rush led by Parsons and Rashan Gary.

Fans can watch Jones and Steelers RT Troy Fautanu go head-to-head against Parsons and Gary when Pittsburgh hosts the Packers for Sunday Night Football in Week 8 — on October 26 at 8:20 p.m. EDT.
