Candidate- How to complete Pre-deployment Tasks

This guide walks you through the key pre-deployment tasks that must be completed after accepting an offer in UVP. It includes instructions for completing mandatory courses, updating banking information, and submitting medical clearance.

After you have accepted your offer, the pre-departure tasks will be triggered, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete them. These should be completed within 7 days of receiving the offer.

Navigate to [app.unv.org](https://app.unv.org/) and log in with your candidate credentials. The tasks will be displayed on your dashboard.

How to complete the mandatory courses

Refer to the email received after offer acceptance for instructions on how to complete the courses on <https://learning.unv.org/login/index.php>and download certificates

**If you completed the BSAFE course** Click "Complete" on the BSAFE course complete task

Select the certificate file from your device. This is the certificate you received upon completion of the course.\ Click on the "**Upload"** button to submit your BSAFE course certificate.

After the certificate is uploaded, click "**Next**" to proceed and "**Complete**" to finalize and submit to UNV.

**Follow the same procedure for other courses**

How to update Banking Information

Click the Update banking information task. This will lead you to the Assignment details page

Before completing the Banking task you need to fill the banking form under my banking here <https://app.unv.org/profile/banking>. Refer to the guide on [how to update banking details in UVP](https://scribehow.com/shared/Volunteer_How_update_banking_information__erT9ksgQQaSegnXVSqwsHg)

After you have filled the banking form, Click "**Submit"** to complete the task and confirm that your banking information has been successfully submitted for processing.
