At the outset of 2023, there was a great deal of uncertainty surrounding how the economic landscape would unfold. Instead of focusing on the dread and discussion of that landscape, we set out to address steps we could actively take to mitigate that uncertainty. To that end, we launched our research journey for pricing methodologies to help uncover how managed services organizations were pricing their offers and which strategies and practices were associated with better business results. In this report, we will review other key moments from last year, along with a discussion of the top challenges facing our managed services members and recommendations for overcoming those challenges.
