The Rochester Americans take great pride in being a good community partner by donating autographed merchandise to hundreds of fundraisers in Western NY each year. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we have established the following guidelines in an effort to serve as many organizations as possible:<\/p>

• Donation requests must be received by the Rochester Americans Community Relations Department no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. Donation requests received less than 4 weeks prior to an event will not be considered.<\/li>
• While we would like to assist as many charitable groups as possible, donations are limited to Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse markets.<\/li>
• We review and fulfill donations twice monthly and will respond to every request we receive whether or not a donation is approved. Please do not<\/u> contact the Rochester Americans office to check on the status of your request.<\/li>
• We will make every effort to make our donation available well in advance of your event. However, due to inventory demands, donations may not be available until the week of your event.<\/li>
• All donations must be picked up at the Amerks Office located at The Blue Cross Arena. If approved, an Amerks representative will coordinate a convenient day and time to schedule a pick-up.<\/li>
• Autographed memorabilia and other donations are limited to one request per organization each year.<\/li><\/ul>
