Open Records Requests Portal

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA") provides access to public records under the provisions of the Georgia Open Records Act found at O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et. seq.

This web portal will help you communicate with MARTA about what documents you need. Through this web portal you can make new requests, view previous requests, and view responsive documents. You may even find what you're looking for without having to submit a new request!
