Describe the bug
Two issues:

1. FTP does not work out of the box as Cyberpanel is still using MD5 for storing FTP passwords and pure-ftpd no longer supports this. There seems to be some checks but not for Almalinux 9
2. Saving any forms in CSF gives a blank grey screen and does not save. All configuration changes are to be done via ftp or terminal
3. Upgrades to Cyberpanel does not retain CSF configurations, I still have to restore my configurations from backups every time.

Expected behavior

1. There should be checks for the pure-ftpd version and switch to crypt when appropriate.
2. CSF forms should be saveable from the backend UI
3. CSF does not need to be reinstalled every time but if it does, it should at least retain configurations, allows, denies etc.
