Describe the bug

I am initializing a Panzoom instance on a parent element that contains an iframe. However, Panzoom events are not being triggered or listened to properly because of the iframe inside the Panzoom element.

Environment
Panzoom Version: 4.5.1
Browser: Chrome, 130.0.6723.92 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected Behavior
The Panzoom instance should correctly listen to events on the panzoom element, including interactions with the iframe. The Panzoom functionality should work seamlessly even with an iframe inside the element.

Actual Behavior
Panzoom events are not being triggered or listened to when an iframe is inside the Panzoom element. The presence of the iframe seems to block the event listeners from working as expected.
