This is a very general question, so it's hard to give a concrete answer. You can find a list of supported CSS properties and DOM Apis on https://arewebrowseryet.com/. In my experience, servoshell (our demo browser, which you can download here) works fairly well, and is much less likely to crash than it was a year ago. There are many missing features and DOM APIs, some important ones that I can think of right now are:
Most of these are partially supported, but not enabled by default.
There is an open PR for jpeg-XL support( #34222), but it has gone stale. I'm not sure about h265. |

Do most html, css and js elements work?
Are modern media and video codecs (like jpegxl and h265) supported?
