I've added some exclusion globs to my Plan and wanted to check if the targeted files were indeed removed, then if so, delete ("Forget"?) all previous snapshots because they included those unwanted files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Along with "Files Added", "Files Changed", and "Files Unmodified", would it be possible to add Files Deleted, if restic reports that?

Additional context

Additionally, as a new user I'm confused by the mostly identical "Snapshot" and "Backup" sections in the screenshot. I might be incorrect because I'm new to backups, but I understand a "backup" means "full backup", which could be independently restored, and "snapshot" as the delta from that backup. If so, in the screenshot I expected to only see "Snapshot", because I ran the original full backup 2 days ago.
