To Reproduce

1. Install on Arch Linux,
2. launch program
3. get issue like Unhandled exception: unimplemented function bcp47langs.dll.GetUserLanguages called in 64-bit code *solved* #432 (and fix it)
4. launch program again
5. get spammed with that error, even after login.

Expected behavior
Program to function.
