We should show the provisioner version in the UI list for all provisioners, but a warning to show provisioner version mismatch would a good improvement.

Some time ago we had a trouble with mismatch of the versions, and have updated our process, to bump both Coder plane and provisioners together.
It would be nice to have information about provisioner version in UI. Maybe even a small waring, that versions are not match.
