The default database of vfdb in abricate is currently using the DNA sequences from the core dataset (https://www.mgc.ac.cn/VFs/Down/VFDB_setA_nt.fas.gz).

Is this something you would like to see added?
I would like to propose the addition of a database containing DNA sequences from the full datasets (https://www.mgc.ac.cn/VFs/Down/VFDB_setB_nt.fas.gz).
