Renaming and changing slug of a page does not automatically update the nav menu item. #72677

Description

I renamed a page that currently exists in the site Navigation and noticed that the Navigation does not update the renaming of the page. I have to manually rename the item in the Nav and also update the link.
This should be done automatically when renaming a page through the page itself.
(There is likely an issue for this but I did not find it.)

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Create a Nav with various pages.
  2. Go to edit a page and rename and change the slug.
  3. Notice that the Navigation is not automatically updated with the name name and because of the change of slug the link becomes broken.

I was sure this issue already existed but I could not locate it.
