Not a good app
This app is sluggish and slow (Apple). When using it freezes and when trying to purchase shuttle tickets, it just crashes. Each time I tried it just crashes, meaning my entire search engine shuts down and I’m back to my Home Screen. Very frustrating…
please make it work better or change the rules!!!
there is absolutely no reason i should have bus drivers almost not allowing me on the bus because they need to see a specific screen that doesn’t work well to approve my bus pass…. not sure why the qr codes exist if i can’t even scan them. super frustrating.

Could definitely be better, but could also definitely be worse. I don’t have any extremely major complaints right now.
