Real Madrid-Barcelona: Celebrations in enemy territory

Messi's celebration from different angles

El Clasico duels between Real Madrid and Barcelona always have a special flavour, so we remember some of the most remembered celebrations from players scoring for both sides when playing away from hom.

At the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu

Lionel Messi left a historic image after his goal on Sunday, holding his shirt aloft for everyone to see.

One of Barcelona's biggest wins at the Bernabeu (6-2) and it's remembered for Carles Puyol kissing the captain's armband and Gerard Pique extending his shirt.

Giovanni celebrated in the Bernabeu with an excessive rage.

Luis Enrique, whilst still a player and after leaving Real Madrid, left an image similar to that of Pique.

At the Camp Nou

The visit of Real Madrid to Camp Nou last year was settled by a draw. A point for the visitors arrived in the last few minutes thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo, who asked the Barcelona supporters for calm.

The 2011/12 league title was decided at the Camp Nou. Jose Mourinho then led Real Madrid and Ronaldo gave them the victory. Another gesture asking for calm is one of the most remembered celebrations.

Real supporters were euphoric when Raul silenced the home crowd, putting a finger to his lips as though to tell them to be quiet.

Dani Carvajal gave Barcelona's supporters the mmiddle finger after Sergio Ramos had equalised in the last minute on Real's last visit.

Hugo Sanchez, one of the best forwards that passed through Real Madrid, dedicated an ugly gesture to the Camp Nou but justified it by saying it was an instinctive act.
