Western blot analysis for phosphorylated histone H2A.X. The CLBL-1, CLB70, CNK-89, and GL-1 (A-D) cell lines after 24 h of incubation with different concentrations of olaparib (25 and 50 µM). Quantification was performed by normalizing the expression level of the protein of interest to the expression level of the loading control, β-actin. Mean and standard deviations were calculated based on three independent experiments.
