You have probably landed here by way of a passion project of mine: xemu, an open-source, cross-platform emulator for the original Xbox game console. Thank you in advance for your interest in supporting my work on this project!

The work I do on this project spans all areas including large functional additions (e.g. networking, graphics, sound, input, user interface, performance improvements), to graphic design, project maintenance, and community engagement (e.g. integration with upstream QEMU, maintaining the xemu website, maintaining the CI system, reviewing pull requests, supporting the Discord, and publishing videos on YouTube of progress). This work requires significant investment of my personal free time. I do this work because xemu is the original Xbox emulator I've always wanted to have, and because the work itself is challenging, exciting, and provides countless opportunities for learning and development.

The money which I earn through Patreon is used to fund my projects (e.g. to buy new games and hardware to test with), to re-invest in other content creators who's work I value, and to keep my coffee pot full to fuel the late night development sessions.
