Sometimes, it simply helps to talk and be around others who are open to doing the same. You’re invited to an in-person gathering with the **Chicago Talking About Feelings Meetup Group**, a space for adults who are interested in open, thoughtful conversations about emotions. Whether you’re hoping to share, listen, reflect, or just be present, you’re welcome here. This is not a lecture and not group therapy. It’s a guided, respectful conversation where people can talk openly, listen to others, and connect in a supportive environment. Some may come to speak, others to listen—both are completely okay.
