Choice and Clarivate have teamed up to develop an eight-week newsletter-based course on generative AI literacy for academic library workers. If you are AI curious—and short on time—then this course is for you! 

What does this course include?

  • Eight weeks of bite-sized content based on the latest draft of the ACRL AI literacy framework, completely free. 
  • Core AI literacy concepts written by academic library workers for academic library workers.  
  • Self-paced material includes readings and multimedia content, including case studies and interviews with thought leaders. 
  • Optional discussion questions and quizzes to build community and test your knowledge.  
  • At the end of the micro-course, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion.

What to expect after registering:

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email within two business days. The initial launch of the micro-course will begin in mid-July, with each new lesson sent out weekly. Registration will be rolling; if you register after the initial start date in July, you’ll still receive all eight sections of the micro-course on a weekly basis.
