The online process does simplify the car buying process providing an application, trade-in & combined purchase venue. The build a car deal has some need for improvements. It did not accurately calculate my deal and all of the parameters that ultimately affected my purchase. There were some unknowns that I only found out during the finalization of my purchase while at the dealer that I would have liked to have known beforehand. I’m not completely displeased with the deal, however had to pay almost an additional $1000.00 for fees and charges that were unknown to me.

The experience started out much more exciting than it ended. being [re approved and starting the anticipation of looking for a new car was great. The transition to using the app and web page was frustrating. I figured that given the push for current capital one users meant that it was a polished product and found that it was lacking in every instance. The load times compared to nearly all other sites was slow on PC and even worse on the phone. The login is even difficult to manage having to go through several steps just to get to the login page. Once logged in, at times it would often failed to load the search results on the phone and on pc making looking for a vehicle difficult. Two stars for actually approving and having one of the lower interest rates.

My Capital One auto loan really met my need to get a new car. I love how quick, easy, and fast the pre-qualifying experience was. After getting pre-qualified it simplified finding a vehicle and the whole dealership experience. Once at the dealership it was such a breeze I could not believe it.
I have already been telling the people I choose to share my blessing with about the whole experience. Big thank you to Capital One for making my whole car buying experience the better than my last one.

I was reluctant at first but I have to say this is truly an amazing product really and the dealerships aren’t overly fond of it. I worked at a dealership as a GSM. The deal is structured before you walk in the door. Pretty much takes the hassle and fuss out of the process and the Auto Finance people will back you on anything. I’ve used it twice now and it really is simple and easy.

Capitol one auto navigator and financing was easy to setup, easy pre-approval in only a few minutes with no credit ding, and it gave us the extra confidence of going to any dealer. We looked for the best deal and worried less about who we bought the vehicle from. The dealer listed on auto navigator just happened to be great as well. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful at Capital One!! if they didn’t educate me on how things should work at the dealership, they would have gotten over on me with my monthly payments. I’ve been working with Capital One since Nov 2018 and my credit has went up 100 points. That’s the reason why I was able to go through them for an auto loan and I just got a new vehicle. I got the offer and happened to be thinking about a new car for a while I knew what I wanted and had seen a few in the range I wanted. I submitted the income proofs contacted a dealer, the approval was fast and and 2 hours later BOOM! Driving away.
I really like that attached to Capitol one app for easy view and payment. With up to date pay off

Excellent experience. I was prequalified and able to search for the exact vehicle I was looking for. It was not an easy search, a B8.5 Audi A4 manual transmission. I found two within 500 miles and was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for financing. It's a one-stop experience.

I intentionally did not tip my hand at how I was paying for the vehicle I purchasing until I was satisfied with the vehicle. I then had them itemize all the taxes and fees for me. I signed some paperwork to begin the process. Then I told I them I was using Capital One.
I logged on Capital One's site and started to plug in the numbers but I noticed every time I thought I was saving my info, numbers were reset or lost. The dealership was in the back messing with my numbers on the site. They used the credentials from the application.
