Provide a suggestion to remove the constructor including its body.

I added a ~~fixer~~ suggestion to remove the MethodDefinition node if a constructor is deemed useless.

Thanks for the PR @imjordanxd. I think that some of the problems reported by this rule should not be fixed by removing the constructor, because that could change the semantics of the code. Consider for example:

class Foo extends Array {
    constructor() {
        super();
    }
}

console.log(new Foo(42).length); // Prints 0

After removing the constructor:

class Foo extends Array {
}

console.log(new Foo(42).length); // Prints 42

So maybe it would be better to provide a suggestion rather than an autofix? @eslint/eslint-team

Agree with @fasttime - we should not autofix by removing a constructor, but a suggestion is fine.
