I&rsquo;m Franck Nijhof and I have 30 years of programming experience, in many languages. Since 12 August 2017, I&rsquo;m using this experience to work on the Home Assistant project by giving back my knowledge and time to the open source community. 
 
You might have found me via one of&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/hassio-addons/repository#add-ons-provided-by-this-repository" target="_blank"> the many add-ons</a> I&rsquo;ve created for the Home Assistant operating system: Hassio. My Hassio add-ons are probably the most downloaded and used add-ons in the world. 
 
I'm also the creator and maintainer of&nbsp;<a href="https://www.awesome-ha.com">Awesome-HA.com</a>, a central online resource helping you to find all the Home Assistant good stuff that this world has made available to us. 
 
<a href="https://twitch.tv/internetofthings"> I try to stream regularly on Twitch</a>, it is not much special. I'll work on code, and you can watch me do it. In meantime, you'll have the opportunity&nbsp;to ask me anything in the chat. Often we'd end up doing different things, because of the conversations in the chat. Sidetracking; I love it &#10084;&#65039;
