• Passenger dies in fatal crash after vehicle overturns in Godfrey (firstalert4.com) — A deadly overnight crash in Godfrey at W. Delmar Avenue and W. Homer Adams Parkway left a passenger dead and the driver hospitalized in stable condition after their SUV hit a concrete barrier and overturned several times in a construction zone. The intersection was closed for several hours but has since reopened as Madison County deputies continue investigating the high-speed crash.
