90% Stupid Fun, 10% Crying

I don't know what this genre would be, but like it's a bunch of anime with a similar vibe. They're all like slice-of-life/action/comedy. The MC is usually starting a new life in some way and dealing with past experiences.
I would say it's 90% an easy turn-off-your-brain watch and 10% crying. Except for Violet Evergarden, all these shows are what I would call pretty average anime - a good 7 - but they mean a lot just to me and that's what mattered. I have a complex enough life as it is, I like my happy, dumb shows with characters I can relate to. (The star rating is based on my own enjoyment and how they stuck with me, more than objective quality of the show)
I only put the first season of each show, not my favorite season.

This one is insanely cute, like the one music video is gonna give me diabetes. When the fight scenes get going though, and there are a lot of them, it is amazing! Fully animated backgrounds!
Watch each episode fully from start to finish (well minus the adds), both the opening and end credits are part of the episode plot.
Also I've worked with ten year olds and the kids in this are surprisingly realistic.

The art style can take some time to get used to, but after a while you don't notice it at all.

Once you realize that each group of monsters is just from different countries the show makes a lot more sense. (That sounds wrong.)

A lot of people die in this.

Super cute! Very similar to Way of the House Husband if you like that one. I think I like this one a bit more though, it is more genuine and heartfelt imo.
