Both are classic 90s duo-delinquent series. Both have upbeat music and similar traits for all protagonists. If you liked one, you'd definitely like the other.

Two tough delinquent high school friends fool around and fight with various other similar hooligans from other schools, and it's all spiced up with a lot of humor and also both anime places the main emphasis on (sometimes really violence, sometimes just silly) fights and conflicts. It's literally almost the same show.
