I come in a couple of hours early (at 10 am) to get some overtime hours as well. It throws me off because Im used to starting at 7 and getting out at 4 or 4:30.

I try to keep my PTW at least under the 100 entries. I think the value of it will be lost if you add to much. For me it will than feel more like a checklist and with a number to high it becomes daunting. Starting a show is for me the hardest, so sometimes i just say, fuck it, and choose a random show from my PTW and watch it in 1 or 2 days. Just to keep up with the amount of shows I keep adding.

I also see you have a lot of shows On Hold, isn't that really hard to manage now? Its like a second PTW! I always want to finish what I started in one go, sometimes the whole series even. Because for me it's really hard to start something new when something else isn't finished.


Ill keep them in mind when I'm going to start a new series. I did put Ghost Stories on my PTW just because of the dub haha, that shit is just a masterpiece. Its funny how the show is actually trying to be super serious, but the dub said, FUCK IT, and just did whatever they could get away with XD.


Hahaha, its one of those comfortable watches. I was also surprised the 3rd season is already starting. Hopefully they got enough time to do it, because 2 seasons is not a lot of time.

Yes and no. It's 120 episodes but every episode is ~4 minutes long. On Netflix every 5 episodes are combined into a single episode so it's effectively 24 episodes long.

I've watched Fate in release order but the chronological is fine too I guess. Fate/Zero is about the previous war but it's a prequel, not a first season. Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel are the other two routes of Fate/stay night, so they're essentially the same thing but with different choices and focus, although they're released after Fate/Zero. There are other Fate too, but well that's different story lol. I guess release order works fine with them too, but it doesn't matter much since they're all loosely connected.

I tried the anime. It looks like a slideshow or the speaking version of the manga, since the characters don't move much. But still.

It's not that the story is bad, it's interesting (I swear). But I don't recommend getting the book version since it suits one-time reads of a few segments, since the more a person reads, the more formulaic it gets. It tend to be the same "ex-yakuza is now doing slice of life stuff" as the punchline. Maybe some people out there like it, but not really people who want to re-read it or want deeper comedy.

Yeah i had some study delay and got a lot of time because of that last year, so i kinda went crazy with watching anime since other things didn't interest me that much at the time.

KonoSuba is such a much watch though! Really recommend not waiting to long to watch it. After Girls Band Cry of course ;)



Yes, Dungeon Meshi is very good, good worldbuilding and an interesting story and characters. Let This Grieving Soul Retire isn't that popular though, but its a very enjoyable, low stakes series. I would say I recommend it but looking at how long your PTW has gotten, ill better not haha XD



Haha yeah, i have already watched all of them. I do like that you recommended Do It Yourself!! since i haven't heard anyone talk about it. I did finish the manga of it last week, and it was good. That said, i have been completing the CGDCT genre haha :3 Maybe you have some more underground recommendations (or a show from my PTW that should have priority).



Like i said im kind of sticking to the bottom of the popular seasonals this season. I'm most excited for The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt, it has a really colorful art style and i love that. I'm also curious about Kujima: Why Sing, When You Can Warble?, it looks interesting. I think ill be having around 10 seasonals this time. I do also have the new vending machine isekai, but that will be more of a hate watch i think (cuzz the show is ass XD). But having a bad show in between seasonals makes the rest feel better, so its a price im willing to pay.

I also have I Want to End this Love Game planned to watch, it looks really wholesome (which im weak to). Marriagetoxin looks interesting, but im waiting till i've seen some more untill i decide to pick it up.

Hmm I've been watching a few seasonals and most of them have been good. I think among them, you might also like You and I are Polar Opposites, the dynamics are similar to Nagatoro: an extroverted girl and an introverted boy. The side characters are interesting and likeable too. I'm also watching The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. and I'm loving its the sense of humor.

There's also been new seasons of good anime but I'm saving the for later after rewatching the previous seasons, I might just jump into Fate/strange Fake directly though.

I started watching anime recently, at the start of last year because i got bored and had friends watching it a lot, and made the MAL account quick after that, because a friend recommended it. I did watch Inazuma Eleven earlier cuzz it was my favorite childhood show. But i really started watching anime outside of tv cartoons since januari 2025 with binging the whole Konosuba series, which i got recommended at work as a good comedy starter anime. Although if i look back at it, i think i got lucky liking the series because it could have backfired with the fanservice and such haha. And have been kinda hooked ever since.

I've watched shows like: how heavy are your dumbells? dungeon meshi and Let this grieving soul retire also as some of my earliest. After that i've gravitated more to Comedy (really love that stuff), slice of life and cute girls doing cute stuff. Maybe you got some recommendations regarding those tags?

Now i also experiment a lot with seasonals since the less good anime are way more fun to watch on a weekly basis. Ill try to also give some series on the bottom of the seasonal list a chance since i've found some great hidden gems there before. That said i'm not that critical with series, i tend to like a lot :)

I'm the type who reads more than watches. It's easier to control the pacing of the story that way. And it seems like you like a lot of cute stories. Interesting.
