I never thought I'd say this, but I'm glad a Democrat won in this state election:

I guess I'll make an exception for you. You are safe for now, but I will keep you under a keen eye.

I see that you put SBR in your PTW. I'm glad that you've decided to give JoJo another go, but I hope you don't skip parts. Part 7 is self-contained, but it's just not the same thing if you don't watch the previous parts. Although you've seen parts 1-3, which are enough to get all the references. I'm still just strongly against skipping parts because I think it's all great. Also, apparently ep 2 isn't even done yet and we're getting it in September, but the info on this has been extremely opaque on the part of the corporate accounts.

Ehrlich's main ideological opponent was this guy:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julian_Simon

Simon worked under Milton Friedman and wrote "The Ultimate Resource". It pains me that the Chicago School of Econ is mainly associated with providing economic advice to the Pinochet regime (which he only bothered to implement selectively and was actually much more of a corporatist).

Instead of opposing a genocidal maniac who was literally a real life Lordgenome from Gurren Lagann,

His enemy was a guy named "Simon".

The recent death that I'm most thankful for is Paul R. Ehrlich. He advocated for the mass starvation and sterilization of millions of people in the Third World and is responsible for the proliferation of neo-malthusianism in the far left and right. Man was one of the most evil people in the 20th century.

Hoppe based his Argumentation Ethics on Habermas' discourse ethics but flipped around somewhat.

Jurgen Habermas just died yesterday. I feel like this guy should be more widely known.

Honestly I need to buckle down and start watching Rurouni Kenshin and Tokyo Godfathers.

It's a shame you don't have a review of Code Geass; I'd really like to see your opinion on the problems and how poorly written the game is.

Hey, do you know who Stevie Knight is?

I went on your anime list. I have been watching a lot of early 2000s anime recently. Do you still think Nodame Cantabile is a 9?
Nemtor Mar 7, 8:05 AM
Just getting by like any other. It's not too bad thankfully.
