There are some parts of the story where characters say lines that make you wonder what kind of person the author is. The entire plot revolves around how Hotaru is actually a girl which I hope gives you an idea of what the characters say about her lol. Anyways disregarding the questionable ethics, it was entertaining and good to watch if you have a free weekend. The characters are charismatic and it's your typical rookie-goes-pro deal. Just whatever you do, do not read the manga. I watched this a while ago but when I did I liked it so much I decided to pick it ... up. Every issue just got 10x worse. I won't go into detail but there's some weird pet play shit and I immediately dropped.

Anyways. Also disregarding that. It's basically fujobait. I know the original author does make joseimuke series so maybe this was an experimental that got popular. Just keep that in mind and don't be disappointed when it turns into romance.
