That really shows honestly, you can tell you put a lot of thought into it, and it definitely makes it way more engaging to look at. Building something like that over a couple of years is impressive. And I totally get the burnout with action shows; chill, slower-paced stuff can be way more comforting sometimes. Also thank you! I’m glad you like the shows on my list too.

There are some characters from Zeta appearing in it though, but they have very minor roles

The Origin manga is a complete retelling of 0079, with many changes and additions however, for example a pretty lengthy backstory about the main villain. The OVA only adapts that part and nothing else. So if you aren't already familar with the characters, I really wouldn't recommend starting with this one.

Also you can watch the movie trilogy without seeing the original 0079 series.
