Ahh, ja die massive Anzahl von Charaktere kann ein sehr überwältigen, aber dadurch ist die emotionale Reise deutlich stärker imo. Der Manga nimmt ab den Punkt auch so langsam deutlich an Fahrt auf.
So either:
1) Keep building up your lats and shoulders whilst accepting that temporarily for now, you will have to keep those love handles untill you feel like you've built enough muscle to finally cut
2) Cut now, and start from scratch, whilst still keeping all the muscle you built. People will get mad at you for cutting too early, but at least you won't have all that bodyfat to worry about, and you can keep building muscle once the cut is over in peace without worrying about 'am i getting fat' . Once you do your first MASSIVE cut, you never have to worry about it again. You are still lean even when bulking.
I prefer option 2, cos you keep your muscle whilst being at a better starting point to bulk. Losing fat is waaaaaay faster than building muscle, it wont even take that long
It's up to you. Both options are really good.
I only do two back exercises:
Pull ups
Rowing
That’s how my back got wide. Just combine the two and you should be fine
You can still build a wide back with rowing though depending on where you place your hands, I have felt it in my lats when I row whilst sat on the ground using the cable machine (or a standard rowing machine)
im sure rowing is fine but not exactly optimal
