âNothing interestingâ
I'm not proud of everything, but it's NHK's fault for making me the way I am.
I love meeting people online.
I enjoy everything, just not the biggest fan of mecha, sport, harem and Isekai. Always in the mood for deep and meaningful stuff, I like when series gives me emotions and reflections.
Interests besides being otaku: literature, games, animals, photography, foreign cultures, overthinking.

Yeah the outer appearance probably also plays a roll. I have a big fat Japanese demon mask tattooed on my hand for example which probably gives a lot of people a bad impression of me. I’m okay with it, but find it weird how stigmatized tattoos still are. Kinda makes me sad. It does not change who I am or what I am.
Ohh right, I mean, you can't talk about airplanes if you don't know about airplanes
I guess is the normal in every country, nice tourist place, living there? no please ðð
No wayyy, you're leaving the societyðð
That’s because they live in temperate countries ððthey don’t know what 45 degree heat feels like like I do. I think everyone becomes team cold in those conditions. You can protect yourself from the cold, but not from the heat, it’s as simple as that
nices vibes, Which country has your favorite people?
Ohhh why?
YESS, I'm aware ðð don't worry
Mjum Mjum, very unique
Hmmmm Idk If it’s to live alone, I’d choose some forest in Canada, not too far from a town, so it’s not hours just to get basic supplies. If it’s with a family, then wherever my wife wants, what about u?
OHHh, sounds a nice kind of lenguage
Well, argentina lenguage is just spanish, altought we have a native lenguage But nobody really speak that, not even 5% of us
andd how is your argentina poland friend? what are your thoughts about argentina people
I don’t think I’d take it badly, I’d probably push myself to write a bit more so there isn’t such a big difference in the length of our messages. I wouldn’t like that gap in “passion” even if sometimes I don’t know what to say.
What kind of things would bother you that someone does?
which one?
Fr, sometimes I fear be like them
Ohh, that's such a niche way of see the art
Hmm, maybe just people like you, I'm sure those exist somewhere
HAHHAHA Noppp
I’m pretty harsh when it comes to people, I love getting to know others, but not just talking for the sake of talking. I can be quite judgmental, and I tend to distance myself a lot, I really dislike crowds and parties
OHh, let me explain
earlier you said you didn’t have the time or energy to tell me about your friend, so I ask u which one affected you more
well, the green aliens are just a joke ð ð What kind of alien life form do you lean toward believing in the most? Do you think there’s an intelligent species? Would it be good or bad?
I’m more drawn to the idea of a completely dead space, depressingly empty, and the horror of us being truly alone
andd it's working?
Ohh that's enough then
what are those exceptions?
Well, those are hard things to measure. How can you tell if that kind of intensity comes from confidence, or just because someone is given the space to speak? It’s easy for all of us to talk about what we like, but things get complicated when the connection starts asking for something more
that's really rare indeed
but as I said feel free to answer only the question you’re comfortable with
I'm glad for u then
Cuzzz I don’t think it was what I was looking for. Most of the letters I read felt so generic that I didn’t feel like replying, I just didn’t have anything interesting to say about them.
And writing a letter myself didn’t appeal to me either. I felt like there wasn’t anything I could write that would attract the kind of people I’m actually interested in
do it whenever you feel like it then arisu
I’m more than willing to read it
I think is the best way to do it
I can accept it as long as I feel like I don’t matter to the other person, it’s fine if you leave, you’re not obligated to stay if you don’t want to
But the moment you say that I matter to you or that you care about me, that’s when it bothers me if you leave, because it feels like you lied
how it was?
Another time then
now you’ll have to write a lot to tell me about your old friend
It isn't something good though
[quote]my willingness do renew the relation becomes weaker/quote]
yesss, sadly It's normal and not your fault
I didn’t know minimalists were an endangered species
sure, not in a pet way though
what's your favorite animal?
Do you get along well with your brother? It’s a shame he couldn’t get you to like chess.
Nooo, whyy?
yep yep, I remember every moment that shaped me into who I am
even things that happened when I was three years old
I guess i'll learn more about u indeed
They built a few here, but people only went a couple of times and got bored, so they shut them down ð¥ð¥
Yess, in argentina
Mjum Mjum the snow is sooo cool
waos, sounds hard, how was that?
yep, your knees are in your problem list too
When you live in a desert like I do, swimming doesn’t really feel that necessary, so I’m not interested in learning
I guess it’s only surprising because it’s not on my profile orrrrr maybe I just give off the vibe of someone who wouldn’t like it, idk
Out of the ones you mentioned, the ones that caught my attention the most were:
Fuyu no Semi,no. 6,Umibe no Etranger andd Beryl and Sapphire
If I already knew Sleeping Dead, it really stood out to me, why is your precious?
And it really shows, I don’t recognize any of the artists in your recently played. very unique
Your playlists are incredible too,I didn’t even know Spotify allowed that much customization. They have a lot of personality. The ones that caught my attention the most are:
being a meaningless planetoid: literally you
my lesbian dream: why?
thinking, sinking, longing: nothing to say, I just liked it
I think I’ll check out the songs, but I’d still like you to recommend one that really comes from you
That love for classical music is really beautiful
Ohh that's new info to me, maybe you should search more to know someone named oczy
YESSS ð¤§ð¤§
You’re right
I’d rather have a simple but faithful adaptation than a bad one
The best anime to arisu?
would you like to do it?
I have no idea why I like it, I already forgot HAHAHAH
But I do remember really liking it when I read the manga ð kinro and ginro the best duo
roger roger, I'll try to remenber anne
I like recommending things I think other people will enjoy, but when it comes to me, I prefer people to recommend whatever they want. There’s a phrase a singer from my country once said “When someone recommends you a song, they’re making an act of pure love, because they want you to feel what they felt when they heard it for the first time” And I think that’s a way of thinking I really like
Nowayyy, I think I’m as far from a noble as it gets
so who does the color blue belong to, then?
why? very emo vibes ð ð
HAHAHHA really? what a madness
I enjoy reading fiction, especially romance. For academic and career purposes, though, I have to read other kinds of material as well. I do pick up books out of curiosity, but I haven’t really found another genre I truly enjoy yet. I think I’m a more aware anime viewer now, so I put more thought into what I choose to watch. That said, most of what I’ve seen came from a more random phase, but it helped me figure out what works for me, so it wasn’t all wasted time.
I’ve seen all those anime, though I haven’t read any of the manga on your favorites. To be honest, I was never deeply invested in most of them. I watched Ergo Proxy because it was from Manglobe, I had enjoyed Gangsta. and Samurai Champloo beforehand so I wasn’t expecting it to be… well, something I didn’t really understand. I watched Orb a few months ago and realized I’d probably make a great NPC in its world, I’m pretty clueless when it comes to theology, and I didn’t even know what heliocentrism or geocentrism meant. It was definitely an intellectually challenging watch. I do think all of those anime are great, just a bit too heavy for my “lavender mind.” That said, to not completely disappoint you, I used to be a Kira worshipper, which basically means I was a huge Death Note fan. I’ve moved past that phase now, but it’s still one of my favorite anime.
I’ve started rewatching it, and it feels completely different from what I remember, almost like I’m watching a new show. I guess that’s expected since I’m not the same person I was back then. One interesting change this time is that I can relate to Satou. I’d still consider myself a better person, but I can deeply understand his anxiety. After the pandemic, I became very socially anxious. I prefer staying at home, and since I have epilepsy, I don’t go out very often anyway. During COVID-19, I got too comfortable being indoors, and now I struggle to go out and stay composed. I’ll see how I feel about reading it once I finish the show.
I wouldn’t say I dislike Japanese. I actually studied it for a while and can speak it to some extent. My listening skills aren’t great, though, which makes comprehension harder. I mean, it’s a difficult language overall. I can also read Hiragana and Katakana, but Kanji is where I give up on my learning. I grew up watching dubs, so I don’t mind them, but lately I’ve been watching more subs. I don’t always agree with popular opinions favoring English dubs for certain shows, for example, Cowboy Bebop. Some say the dub is superior, which I don’t agree with. The performances are solid, and the English version does sound more natural given the setting, but that doesn’t make it the definitive version. Both offer different experiences. While I understand why someone might prefer dubs, I believe the original version is how it was meant to be experienced. In the end, it comes down to personal preference, though I generally think subs tend to deliver a more authentic performance, still subjective, of course.
The manga is much rawer compared to its anime adaptations. The Gonzo version of Hellsing tried to reshape it into a more serious storyline, whereas the original manga is more of an acid trip. Hellsing Ultimate feels like it balances both approaches and delivers a more consistent version of the story. Even so, I still prefer the stylish Gonzo version, even if it’s admittedly a bit of a mess.
No, no, no. I have read those works, but like I said, I probably lack the reading comprehension to fully grasp most of them. Even so, I was genuinely moved by much of it, though it’s hard for me to call most of them “good” or “complete” reads.
I studied graphic design, but I’d say I’m fairly average at it. Digital art isn’t really my thing right now. I’m trying to pursue architecture, but I need to improve my understanding of proportion and perspective, there’s a lot to learn. I am good at sketching, though, and I’m knowledgeable on graphic design software, so I’m trying to combine those skills into something I can turn into a career.
I’ve never actually watched Scooby-Doo or Total Drama Island, but I do like We Bare Bears. I’m not a fan of those others shows, and I haven’t seen The Owl House or She-Ra yet.
I’ve got a lot of updates to make, so I’m not really focusing on my list right now, just adding recent stuff here and there.
I wouldn’t say that I'm much fond of NHK, but I did think it was good. I moved on from it pretty quickly, though I can understand why it sticks with some people. If I were to watch it at this point in my life, which is actually quite likely, I think I’d actually relate to Satou and genuinely appreciate Misaki’s character. But back then, I didn’t really care much about a hikikomori. I mainly watched it because it was from Gonzo, and I liked some of their other works like Hellsing, Romeo × Juliet, The Count of Monte Cristo, and Gantz, so I decided to give it a shot. I also had a lot of free time, which is probably why I didn’t drop it, because I could afford to watch things I wasn’t fully enjoying. That said, NHK was definitely a unique experience. It made me realize there are people like Satou out there, and even if I had encountered similar individuals before, watching his story helped me understand their struggles to some extent. Another reason why I picked it up was the dub, it was pretty good, and I remember some genuinely funny moments, especially since the show itself can get pretty unhinged. Also, thanks for sharing your experience with NHK. It’s honestly really nice of you to go into that much detail about something I’m still fairly ignorant about. I’ll definitely rewatch the anime sometime soon, and maybe read the novel later on.
As for Hellsing, maybe try watching Hellsing: Ultimate, it's the second adaptation of the manga, more faithful to the source and widely considered the best version of the story, though I didn't like it much, it's too edgy for my liking, the Gonzo version was more stylish and they pretty much rewrite it, which partly worked, partly didn't.
I picked it up because I wanted to broaden my horizons, so I tried even nihilistic works to get a taste of some other philosophy too. I’ll admit, though, that I probably lack the reading comprehension for some of that material. I did like Run, Melos! though. I also have The Setting Sun, but I don’t think I’ll get to it anytime soon. The only book on philosophy I’ve properly read is Language and Problems of Knowledge by Noam Chomsky, which I found to be a great book on the philosophy of language.
And no, I got that from Pinterest. I’m not good at digital art.
Yeah, I like PAW Patrol, The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Winx Club, Slugterra, Sym-Bionic Titan, there are a lot more, honestly.
