'Kill Ao' Unveils Additional Staff, Second Promo

The official website of the Kill Ao (Kill Blue) television anime unveiled additional staff, second promo, and second key visual (pictured) on Wednesday. Produced by Cue, the anime series adapting Tadatoshi Fujimaki's action comedy manga is scheduled to premiere on April 11 at 11:00 p.m. on TV Tokyo and its affiliates.

K-pop group aespa is performing the opening theme "ATTITUDE," with RIIZE performing the ending theme "KILL SHOT." Both theme songs are previewed in the promotional video below.

Fujimaki serialized the manga in Weekly Shounen Jump from April 2023 to September 2025. Shueisha published the 13th and final volume in December 2025.

VIZ Media licensed the manga for digital release in English in February 2024 and published the fifth volume on February 3, with the sixth volume planned for an April 7 release.
