overall i thought the manga was great. the pacing was really quick which i actually loved because it made it super easy to keep reading each day. i thoroughly enjoyed it and seeing fuukos character development throughout the story was amazing. watching her go from someone who was scared of her own ability to someone much more confident and determined was really satisfying

i also really liked the dynamic between fuuko and andy and how their teamwork carries the story

there were a couple things i didnt enjoy as much though. sometimes there were just too many rules and mechanics with all the umas, quests and the ... way the world works which made it a bit hard to follow at times. because the story moves so quickly i also found it a bit difficult to keep track of some of the other characters and their development

that said i still thought the concept of the power system was really cool. the whole negator vs umas idea was super unique and it kind of reminded me a bit of opm and jjk

but yeah overall i really enjoyed it

I really, really, really, loved this manga in the beginning. I enjoyed the stupid ecchi. I loved Fuuka and Andy. I loved Victor. I loved Shen and his entire backstory. I loved so much about this... until it just... lost the plot. I can see what they were trying to do here, but in the end they did too much. I wish they had kept it where it was and didn't try and make the story more than that. The people who love this manga really love it including the convolution it turns into; so definitely check it out. You may love where it goes ... or completely lose interest; however, the beginning is so worth the read. It's so pure and awesome until it isn't. I'm genuinely so disappointed that I won't get to continue to experience how great this manga was when it was at its best. But I won't ever forget how it made me feel when it was... which was happy and grateful.

I loved the dynamic between Fuuka and Andy, and I don't mind them having their own separate journeys; however, the story just became predictable and convoluted. I was extremely confused at some parts, and I'm sad because I don't think I'll finish the manga. Maybe in the future due to nostalgia because I do love the characters I love so much, and I loved the beginning so, so, so much. But for now, I'm done lol

The work has a good initial idea but a lot of holes!

Reading Undead Unluck I had this impression that the work did have a good premise but that it dragged on for too long, making me notice some holes in the work. The work itself is fun at the beginning when you are getting the idea of ​​the world that they want to present to you, but after that it gets very boring, it is always like "a strong adversary appears, defeats the beast and another stronger adversary appears". This kind of thing is very, very noticeable, even more so at the time it was ... released when, for comparison, we had Jujutsu Kaisen which did a much better job with its antagonists (in this case the curses). If we are to compare them, the UMAs are pretty mediocre, at the beginning they were impressive but then every UMA that appeared could destroy the entire universe, very boring. While reading this work, I had the idea in my head for several moments of "I hope it ends soon" because I couldn't stand to read this work anymore since it has a lot of dragging in it from the middle to the end and by that half I couldn't stand to read a single chapter of this work.

Another point to mention is that this work has an empty universe, nothing besides the characters of the work has any relevance, the world is lifeless, it seems that if everything ended it wouldn't be missed since there is nothing in this universe that makes me captivated by this world and want to see it well. In general, my rating is a 4 because they let the chance to make a good work slip through their fingers, they had a protagonist with an interesting ability, a different power system and interesting characters but left that only as a promise.

A obra tem uma boa ideia inicial mas muitos furos!

Lendo Undead Unluck tive essa impressão de que a obra teve sim uma boa premissa mas que foi se arrastando por tempo demais fazendo que eu notasse alguns furos na obra. A obra em si é divertida no começo quando você está pegando a ideia do mundo que querem te apresentar mas depois disso a coisa fica muito chata, fica sempre em um "adversário forte aparece, derrota o bicho e vem um outro adversário mais forte", esse tipo de coisa é muito mas muito perceptível, ainda mais na epoca que estava lançando que para comparar tínhamos Jujutsu Kaisen que fez um trabalho muito melhor com seus antagonistas (no caso as maldições) se formos compara-los, os UMA são bem meia boca, no começo até impressionavam mas depois todo UMA que aparecia podia destruir todo o universo, muito chato. Enquanto lia essa obra por vários momentos tive a ideia na minha cabeça de "tomara que acabe logo" pois eu não aguentava mais ler essa obra já que tem muita enrolação nela da metade pro final e nessa metade eu já não aguentava mais ler um capitulo sequer dessa obra.

Outro ponto a se citar é que essa obra tem um universo vazio, nada além dos personagens da obra tem alguma relevância, o mundo é sem vida, parece que se tudo acabasse não faria falta ja que não tem nada nesse universo que faça com que eu me cative por esse mundo e queira vê-lo bem. Em geral minha nota é um 4 pois deixaram a chance de fazer uma boa obra escapar pelos dedos, tinham um protagonista com uma habilidade interessante, um sistema de poder diferente e personagens interessantes mas deixaram isso só na promessa.
