Arthur Leywin is the main protagonist of The Beginning After The End. In his previous life, he was a king named Grey before he was reincarnated into a new world, on the continent of Dicathen.
King Grey had mastered the functions of Ki, that is like mana in this new world. So he awakened his mana core at age three and was able to manipulate all four elements. Also as he was a fine swordsman in his previous life, he used those tactics to get greater achievements as Arthur.
Later he met Sylvia, daughter of the almighty deity Lord Kezess Indrath, who gave Arthur her beast will, Realmheart, and her daughter, whom later named Sylvie by Arthur. Also Sylvia taught Arthur the art of absorbing mana from external nature, though Arthur was a Augmenter.
Arthur trained to become a beast tamer in the supervision of the elven elder Virion along with Tessia. He reached deviant level in manipulating fire and water, though wind and earth was not his strong hold. Later, he sealed his fire and ice elements to train his other elements.
Arthur became an B class adventurer and started adventuring along with Jasmine. Later, he ascended to an A rank and defeated an S class mana beast Elderwood Guardian. He received the beast core which held a beast will and gave it to Tessia, but the beast will was defective, and it put her life in danger.
Later, he went to train with the deities in Epheotus and became the youngest Lance to fight against Agrona Vritra. There, he discovered Burst Step and learned about Aether.
